Why is it that when I click on this to get it unpaused and working again I get the msg shown on the second picture ! does this mean that listing isn’t being repriced anymore?
What’s settings do you you need to have on in order to make sure everything is being precied accurately? Probably dumb questions but I need to make sure
Pretty sure u need to upgrade your plan. BQOOL are pretty terrible though. U should consider seller toolkit
If you are on a lower level plan they limit your number of ai reprices that you can apply to your products. We tried bqool 2 different times and lost money because their repricer is so different than what we’re used to. We set our settings up exactly how support told us as well. Still lost money. We like Aura for repricing. They are just now rolling out ai, but it’s true ai, not like bqool. Aura is actually the only repricer using true ai. Mind you, they are just rolling out ai, so I’m not sure if it’s available for everyone just yet. We were on a wait list for a while and were just upgraded to it recently.
