I am getting this error when creating my shipping plan.

Box weight does not meet the expected minimum 5.00 kg.
How to fix this? The box doesn’t weigh over 5 kg.
Use a bigger and/or heavier box. Fill the extra space with full sheets of paper (heavy-weight kraft paper is best).

You may want to check the weight of your products. The minimum is literally what Amazon expects the minimum weight to be - based on what is filled in the listing. You may be getting overcharged for FBA fees & storage as well.
