Somehow my products got marked as organic ( which they are not) and now they are all inactive. I have talked to customer support but they are useless in the EU.
Does anyone have any idea how to unmark them as Organic?
You must have received compliance requests. Check your Account Health page. Here, you need to select that the certificate doesn’t apply to your product and appeal otherwise your listings will become blocked.
