I saw this on my seller page because of restricted product policy violations.
What can I do for this ??
I’ve had the same - never sold or had any active listings abroad. Old listing have filtered through but never been active, and have not even sold the products for years on the UK market.
I’ve tried so get it removed - but Amazon won’t budge. Keep getting same reply and I’ve just given up.
It doesn’t make sense to get a warning for product that has never been active or sold. And why do it now years after I stopped selling them in the UK - they are not band/restricted in the UK.
Close and delete the listing, then check if you can acknowledge the mistake
