I am facing a challenge since last two months as I have been trying to remove two irrelevant addresses from my seller account. I cannot see these two addresses anywhere else on my seller account but only appearing under charge method. I have tried removing also by adding a new card but these addresses still exist on under charge method.
thank you for joining the forum. I would advise you to go to your charge methods and delete any other cards. Also, do the same with your buyer account’s charge methods and shipping addresses. Then, also remove any return addresses, which you no longer use.
This is because the field will always show all addresses which were ever entered and not removed.
