I have a list of 10 ASINs that I keep adding, but they are not showing up in the inventory.
I tried adding them one by one, using a flat file, and through the mobile app, but they still don’t appear in the inventory.
Are there any other solutions I might not be aware of?
If the ASINs you’re adding aren’t showing up in your inventory, double-check a few key points: ensure the ASINs are valid and not restricted or gated; verify that your account has the necessary approvals to list products in those categories or brands; and confirm there are no errors during the upload process (review the upload summary if using a flat file). Also, check if the products are in Inactive Listings due to missing details like pricing or stock. If none of these resolve the issue, contact Amazon Seller Support with the affected ASINs for assistance, as there might be technical or account-related restrictions preventing them from appearing.
If your ASINs aren’t showing up in inventory, first check for eligibility issues, inventory limits, or errors in your uploads. Ensure the ASIN-SKU mapping is correct, and verify if the listings are suppressed or inactive. Syncing delays or duplicate listings might also be causing the issue. If everything seems fine, review your account health or contact me for further assistance.
I had a few cases like that. I eventually gave up because, even after opening cases, support kept sending me in circles, telling me things I already knew and not addressing the actual issue.
Check the draft section. You’ll see them there, and if anything is missing, Amazon will notify you to fix it. Once you’ve addressed the issues, it will go live.
