Hi,
Follow up question - I’m currently looking at all the barcodes required. Which ones do I need exactly. I understand there’s a EAN , ASIN + FNSKU and do I need to add any of them to my packaging throughout manufacturing?
Thanks

Hello @Ashish. Welcome to the Seller Forums!
ASIN
Amazon Standard Identification Number (ASIN) is a ten-digit alphanumeric code that identifies products on Amazon . It’s unique for each product and is assigned when you create a new product in Amazon’s catalog.
EAN/UPC
EAN barcode is compatible with UPC of U.S.A. and Canada and JAN of Japan. It is a universal code throughout the world. EAN=European Article Number UPC=Universal Product.
It is unique to each item, and is needed to add items to the Amazon catalog.
FNSKU
The Fulfillment Network Stock Keeping Unit (FNSKU) is a barcode Amazon uses to track your items in their fulfillment centers and credit your business when they sell.
When you convert your items to FBA, the FNSKU barcode will be assigned to your specific product and should never change.
Use an Amazon barcode to track inventory
Amazon systems are barcode-driven. Each unit you send to a fulfillment center requires a barcode so that it can be tracked throughout the fulfillment process.
Products that don’t use a manufacturer barcode for tracking require an Amazon barcode (FNSKU). You can print Amazon barcodes from within your seller account and apply the barcodes yourself.
You Just need UPC Codes if you sell in US market. FNSKU Provided from amazon its free
