ASIN and FNSKU doesn’t match

Hi everyone

I’m trying to print the label for a product on amazon but the asin and fnsku doesn’t match, I tried deleting the listing and list it again but same thing the asin and fnsku doesn’t match.

Can anyone help me? I would appreciate.

The ASIN is a product-specific code that is assigned by Amazon, while the FNSKU is a seller-specific code that is assigned when you create a Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) listing.

The ASIN and FNSKU should never be the same. If you are getting an error message that says the ASIN and FNSKU don’t match, it is likely because you have made a mistake when creating the FBA listing.


Thank you. When I scan the FNSKU, it’s giving me a different product. I’ve messaged the support team. They said it’s because I’m not approved to sell that product.

But I was able to list and ready to ship. How does that make sense?

I see. It seems that there is a discrepancy between the FNSKU you have and the one that Amazon has. This could be because:

You are using the wrong FNSKU.

The product you are trying to sell is not eligible for FBA.

There is a problem with the FNSKU label.

I’m soo frustrated this is the second product I have that the asin and fnsku doesn’t match, I contacted the support team and this is what they replied can someone tell me what to do:
