ASIN active but offer is not showing

My client’s ASIN is showing as active in Seller Central, but the seller offer is not visible on the product detail page under the “Other Sellers” section or in the Buy Box.

I have verified the following: inventory quantity is available, the condition is set to “New,” and there are no account or listing violations.

What other reasons might I be missing?

When an offer is active in Seller Central but not visible on the detail page, it’s usually due to offer-level suppression rather than an account issue, and common causes include pricing being flagged as uncompetitive or outside Amazon’s min/max or Fair Pricing checks, delivery promise being too long because of handling time, MFN shipping template, or inventory location, inventory technically available but fully reserved or inbound, Buy Box eligibility being disabled due to recent metrics or new seller status, condition notes or images triggering suppression even though the condition shows as New, compliance flags like hazmat, safety, or missing attributes that don’t always show as violations, business pricing or quantity discounts overriding the consumer offer, MAP enforcement by the brand, or the ASIN being suppressed in search so the offer only appears intermittently.

The fastest way to confirm is to check the offer status in the Manage Inventory page for any “suppressed” or “inactive (out of stock)” messages, run the “Fix Your Products” report, and test the offer while logged out in a different browser to rule out caching.

There will be an identity verification issue, possibly rejected charge method. Go to “Account Info” and here you will see the status of your account.
