As a new seller, would it be possible for me to sell different products with one seller account?

Also, as a newbie would it be best to do one product or possibly more products within one account. I also needed to confirm with people who already have the seller accounts that which bank they used to open business account. I am located in Illinois. If someone has feedback on these questions it would be really helpful!

Thank you!

As a new seller, you can definitely sell different products with one Amazon seller account. Many sellers start with a variety of products to see what sells best and then narrow down their offerings over time.

Selling multiple products can:

  • Help spread risk and increase your chances of making sales.
  • Allow you to test different products to see which ones perform best.
  • Attract a wider range of customers.

However, selling too many different products might make it harder to build a strong brand identity.

As for whether to start with one product or multiple products, it really depends on your goals and resources. Starting with one product allows you to focus on optimizing that product’s listing, marketing, and customer feedback. Once you’re comfortable with the process, you can gradually add more products.

Do you mean your own brands? Yes, you can have multiple brands and storefronts under one account.

I totally get it! When I started, I focused on just one product to keep things simple. Once I got the hang of it, I added more.

For the bank thing, I remember doing some research myself. A lot of people use online banks or local ones in Illinois. It’s definitely worth checking out what works best.

I’ve talked to a few other sellers who went through the same process, so if you ever want to compare notes, let me know.
