I’m about to do Pan European but I’m asked for AoA for France and Poland and I can’t find anything about how it should look, (the company is in Germany) does anyone have an example?

Surely if your company is registered in Germany, there can only be German AoA?
Just because Amazon is asking for them, it doesn’t mean they should exist. But, have you possibly given them reasons to think that you have also registered companies in France & Poland?

Did you ask your accountant about Aoa? For example in the UK it can be downloaded online from the companies house.
