I sent a DG parcel by Evri to Amazon in Peterborough, but the parcel came back because I made a mistake on the shipping label. Then I sent it again, making sure 110% that everything was correct, and updated the tracking number on Amazon. However, the parcel came back to my home address again. Someone had put a label with my home address over my original label addressed to Amazon in Peterborough. I tried to contact Evri, but there is only a chatbot, so it’s impossible.
