Are shipping cost charged by Amazon at the end paid by the customers, or should I consider it as my cost?

Yes.

If you are on the Individual Selling Plan, Amazon charges the customers a fee between $3.99 and $14.95. If you on the Professional Selling Plan, the amount charged for shipping depends on how you set up your Shipping settings.

In both cases the shipping amount is added to your disbursements (payments).
