Is it ok to sell a product that might be inspired by a similar product ( a copy but not counterfeit) but you have your own logo on it?

Yes
Depends on what it is. Your product should have a special feature/benefits compared to the similar products to have an edge to your competitors.
It is important also that the chosen product has room for improvement.

Make sure you’re not infringing on any copyrights or trademarks. If your product is a unique creation with your own logo and design, it should be fine.
If you doing private label It’s generally okay to sell a product inspired by another, as long as it’s not an exact copy (counterfeit). However, adding your own logo doesn’t make it automatically okay. Ensure you’re not infringing on any patents or trademarks, and focus on adding unique value to your product to avoid legal issues and stand out in the market.
