Arbitrage Hero is not working in my trial version and I see I got charged for the monthly fee

I had contacted the support through email but not getting any response.

Anyone here from Arbitrage hero?

Arbitrage Hero has a strict no-refund policy once a payment has been processed, even if it occurs during or right after a trial, but you can still try to resolve it directly with their support team.

Make sure you email them again at [email protected] with your account details and the exact charge date while requesting an exception.

If you do not get a response, you can also try contacting them through their Trustpilot page or their official website’s contact form. To avoid future charges, cancel your subscription immediately in your billing settings or through PayPal/Stripe if that is how you paid.

You may also raise a dispute with your payment provider, although this should be a last resort.

They are still on the market? I got better tools to be honest, well suggestions at least.
