Appealing counterfeit without test buy

Hello guys,

So I received a counterfeit without a test buy, in the past I just sent the invoices and it was enough, now they rejected them many times, on the last email they said that I didn’t explain why the listing did not violate Amazon’s policies.

I just wrote that I bought it from the brand website, my order number and link to the order but it was not enough.

So what should I write here?

Have you tried submitting letter of authorisation?

I don’t have that.

Call them.

Supply invoice directly from the brand’s website, payment proofs, shipping proof, shipping payment proof. And each single evidence you should to submit with proper explanation.

Can you name the brand? Maybe I can help with that. I have appealed many complaints in recent time by using brand receipt invoices.

I would agree with @masud530, call them.

They’re rejecting pretty much everything these days - for simple violations where invoices were enough, even having to add extensive info like order confirmations and proof of deliveries as well as invoices.

As well as any correspondence from the brand can even be just an email that xyz is an authorised stockist or distributor.

This should be an easy one.

I always start by saying: “Abuse/false claims.” Then, I explain that we have sold many units without any reports of them being fake. We have stock in your inventory that can be manually checked, so please conduct a bin check. Here are the invoices and all other proofs of purchase.

Thanks, I will try that.
