Appealing authenticity claims

I got counterfeit claims in 2 listings. I appealed twice, but both were rejected. I realized that I needed to have phone number in both the invoices. So I spoke to supplier, one of them did it. But the other one says we can’t make any changes to the invoice.

They don’t answer calls as well. What am I supposed to do now? I have all the document like invoice, shipping confirmation, bank statement, email conversation with supplier.

Simply attach the invoice, take a screenshot of the email where they sent you the invoice, and capture a screenshot of the website or the email signature that includes their phone number. Ensure their details are included in the invoice.

What do you mean by “signature in the email”? I submitted an invoice without a phone number (the supplier is now refusing to make any changes to the invoice), an email chat screenshot, a bank statement, and the transaction details page. Nothing worked.

To address the counterfeit claims, ensure that your appeal includes all available supporting documents: the invoice with the supplier’s phone number for the compliant supplier, shipping confirmation, bank statements, and email correspondence. For the non-compliant supplier, explain the situation clearly in your appeal, emphasizing that the supplier does not modify invoices but is legitimate, supported by the documents you already have. Additionally, you could seek a new invoice or statement from a different representative of the supplier or explore obtaining an alternative proof of authenticity for the products. Persistence and presenting a well-documented, detailed appeal should increase your chances of resolving the issue.

You know how vendors include their number, name, and other details at the bottom of emails when they send invoices or other communications? Take a screenshot of that and attach it. Then, give Amazon support a call, keep them on the line, and ask them what’s going on. Let them know you have all these snips, screenshots, and invoices as proof. They should resolve it.
