Can they help with some feedback/odr?
What kind of help are you after with feedback/odr? SAS won’t offer much in terms of a operational support, they are mostly about few fancy reports that they can share with you.

It all depends on what your needs are. SAS core has great benefits for larger sellers because they have more problems. They also have additional insight into Amazon programs not available to the public. You should figure out what your needs are first.
My personal option - not worth it but I also have many more years of experience than some.
