Anyone specialise in designing A+ (/enhanced brand) content for Amazon listings?

I have a quick question about something I’m struggling with, but I’m also looking for someone to review my listings and help improve them (I’m not expecting this 2nd bit for free obviously).

My main question is: when I create A+ content it looks great, but then when I upload it, it looks low quality / blurry on the Amazon listing instead of being sharp. I’ve tried JPEG & PNG files as well as huge images just under the max size and smaller standard-sized images.

Any idea what’s going wrong or tips for how to fix this?

Thanks in advance!

It sounds like Amazon’s compression is reducing your image quality, which can happen even if your files meet their specs. Try using PNG files close to the maximum recommended size but not excessively large, as overly large images may trigger aggressive compression. Ensure your images are at least 1000 pixels wide, though closer to 2000 pixels can help maintain clarity after uploading. Also, preview your A+ content on both desktop and mobile devices to see if the issue is consistent across platforms.
