Anyone know how to fix this issue please?

Hi all

UPS have lost two of the boxes going into FBA tracking hasn’t moved for 3 weeks and Amazon are stating that the shipment is closed and confirmed as missing units and they can’t do anymore. I tried calling UPS but they said as its Amazon account that’s used to send out they can’t help me

Open a case and submit the invoice and proof of delivery (POD) from the UPS website, clearly indicating that they have lost the shipment. Provide all the relevant details. Amazon will reimburse you.

This is falls under lost inbound claim, file a reimbursement claim to Amazon start gathering your shipping documents as supporting evidence. If you’re a reseller attached your invoices and proof of delivery . For manufacturer/Private label attached you packing slips.
