Anyone ever updated your payment method and got a "payment suspension" email?

The email said to update my payment method but nothing works. This is the email I’ve received:

Dear Amazon Selling Partner,

We were unable to verify the charge method that you provided for your seller account.

Common reasons for this include:

  1. Invalid card number, expiration date, or CVV number.
  2. Incorrect cardholder name, billing address, or postal code.
  3. Card is a prepaid card.
  4. Amazon is unable to charge the card.
  5. Account has no charge method assigned.
  6. Multi-factor authentication needs to be completed (where required).

For billing and security purposes, Amazon sellers must maintain a valid charge method on file. Payment will be suspended until you update your account with a valid charge method.

What are your suggestions?

Often when you change payment method your payout is suspended at least a day and often a couple days.

I had it long time back and i was by Amazon customer service that when you want to update anything on payment page, first call them and then do it any changes on the call to avoid this.

Have you tried calling customer service?

Unfortunately, it’s not uncommon for Amazon to suspend accounts due to payment issues, especially when there’s an attempt to update the payment method.
