The email said to update my payment method but nothing works. This is the email I’ve received:
Dear Amazon Selling Partner,
We were unable to verify the charge method that you provided for your seller account.
Common reasons for this include:
- Invalid card number, expiration date, or CVV number.
- Incorrect cardholder name, billing address, or postal code.
- Card is a prepaid card.
- Amazon is unable to charge the card.
- Account has no charge method assigned.
- Multi-factor authentication needs to be completed (where required).
For billing and security purposes, Amazon sellers must maintain a valid charge method on file. Payment will be suspended until you update your account with a valid charge method.
