Over last few week UPS have begun outsourcing there collections in my area. Old UPS driver was always very good, roughly same time each day now waiting round all day, for them not to show, having to rebook each evening. Not to mention parcels now just thrown in a back of transit!
It’s always excellent down here in West Sussex.
It sounds like a local issue. Hopefully they will sort it out for you soon.

Dropping off to ups depots if the most reliable way of doing this at high volume!

Could you drop them off at a local UPS drop off/up point?
Unfortunately the local drop off don’t take 10-20 parcels
If I book a collection especially on a Friday there’s like a 50/50 chance of collection actually occuring
