Anyone else having their cashflow impacted due to the VAT issue?

With the new VAT changes in the UK, my cash flow is slightly affected.

I normally aim to have two months’ worth of stock in Amazon at any time.

Would you recommend going for 4-6 weeks now, or longer?

I usually hold stock for no longer than 6 weeks myself anyways… and I think I’ll have a slight cash flow issue with vat on fees etc
