I lost the buy box for almost a week because a competitor dropped their price and I had no idea. Only found out when sales tanked.

Is there a way to get alerted when competitor listings change?

Or do you all just live in Seller Central 24/7 lol

Depends, buy box win % will drop at account level. It’s hard if you have multiple branded listings as it’ll never be 100%. If your own brand it should be 100% all the time, unless you have a hijacker

I have seen a tool like this on FeedbackFive, but there are so many others, which can send automatic alerts when a competitor drops price, when the Buy Box holder changes, or when your offer loses the Buy Box.

Also, SellerAmp and Helium 10 offer competitive monitoring, Buy Box tracking, and price alerts depending on your plan.

I believe a lot of sellers use repricers to help with that but I adjust mine manually. I check everyday but perhaps my catalog is small compared to other sellers.

If you aren’t a private label seller and you share listings with others, you could automate your pricing through Seller Central.
