I have a new seller’s account with Amazon and currently starting a new PPC campaign. No sales yet. I know that video testimonials help a lot.
I read that I can do this through Vine and some freelancers on Fiverr can review my products.

You’re right that good reviews and video testimonials help conversions a lot, but you need to be careful with how you get them since Amazon is strict about review manipulation.
The Vine program is Amazon’s only official, compliant way to get early reviews, it allows you to send your product to verified Vine reviewers in exchange for honest feedback, but you have to be brand registered and pay a fee per ASIN.
Using freelancers on Fiverr or any paid reviewer service is risky and violates Amazon’s review policies; sellers have lost accounts over it because Amazon’s systems can detect patterns linked to incentivized reviews. If you want legitimate video testimonials, you can use the “Request a Review” button in Seller Central to encourage organic reviews or use Amazon’s “Customer Review Videos” feature if it becomes available in your category.
Another option is to work with influencers off Amazon and have them post on social media instead of leaving Amazon reviews, that’s allowed as long as they don’t review the product on the marketplace itself.
You can obtain valuable reviews through the Amazon Vine program.
Additionally, ensure your product listings are fully optimized with professional content, high-quality images, and well-researched backend search terms that accurately represent your products to customers.
A strong PPC strategy is also essential, plan your campaigns carefully before launch to maximize ROI and avoid unnecessary ad spend.
