Anybody know a good book or lesson I could take to learn how to get started?

Don’t do anything without going through AmazonSeller University first. This is accessible through seller central. Amazon for Dummies and other such books are often out of date before they even go to print while Seller University is as up to date as you can get.
By the way, don’t forget to read and understand every part of your sellers agreement. You can learn and inordinate amount of information by doing that.
