I have seen this exact format for other brands as well, like Bonafide, Ryze, and many others. It’s like someone just swapped the names. I’m not sure if it’s real—check the sender’s address and verify from the website if it’s the same. Sometimes competitors do these things to eliminate sellers.

Just do what they say on the letter + ask them under what condiitons you could sell their brand.

It’s a seller notice. Remove their ASINs immediately and you should be good. Then approach them for authorization.

Delete all listings.

Better to stop selling their products and give a response to their letter using below template.

Dear Sir/Ma’am,

I have received your Cease and Desist letter dated ______ regarding my sales of _____ products on Amazon, and I would like to respond to it promptly.

I want to express my sincere apologies for any harm that my actions may have caused your company. I understand that selling ______ products on Amazon without your authorization has violated your intellectual property rights, and I regret any negative impact that this may have had on your business.

I would like to inform you that I was selling your products only on Amazon platform and have immediately stopped selling it after receiving your letter. I have purchased these products from ______, invoice is attached for reference. I understand that your company is the exclusive distributor of ______ products and that I did not have the right to sell them without your authorization.

I understand that protecting intellectual property rights is essential for all businesses, and I fully respect your rights in this regard. I assure you that I will take every necessary step to prevent any future violations of your intellectual property rights.
