I have a photo of 20 units being boxed and shipped out by my prep center, as well as a purchase invoice for 20 units.
However, FBA claims they only received 19.
Amazon is frequently wrong but that’s one of the issues of using prep centres. How can you be sure they actually sent 20?
Even if they did, were they correctly labelled? A missing FNSKU label would mean that you are 1 short.
