When you’ve never sold the product but it was in your inventory? Amazon bots said to send them images but we never even had the product to hand.

Now I have yeah and let them know that we never sold it but got nowhere with that approach, they said they wanted images of the labelling
Ok i know now what happened.
Amazon has taken down the listing because they found that someone from the listing was selling an item which did not have english translation conform fda .
Solution ?? You can try first time to appeal with your invoice (it worked for me) and if you have images with the label being in english then submit them too
Ahh and very important tell ur prep center that next time when they see an asin not having english label to label it
