We’ve recently realized that our return address for FBM orders was set to our virtual address, which was causing issues. I have since updated the return address under Settings > Return Settings and also updated the “ship from” address to our warehouse.
However, the issue is that every time we print an address label (e.g., with Evri), it still shows our virtual address as the “return to sender” address in case the parcel isn’t delivered.
I spoke to Seller Support, and they advised me to wait another 72 hours, but that hasn’t resolved the issue.
Does anyone have ideas on how to change the default return address for FBM orders and ensure that any labels printed have the updated return address?
