Any idea how we can download a report for orders refunded by Amazon that are classified as non-returnable goods?

These are essentially free for customers as they are unable to return the items.

At the moment, I select my date range (for accounting purposes) and manually check the Reimbursement and FBA Customer Return reports/pages. These orders do not appear in the FBA Customer Return reports, so I have to retrieve them from the Transaction View page.

To efficiently track orders refunded by Amazon that are classified as non-returnable goods, you can generate a detailed report from the Transaction View page by filtering for “Refund” transaction types and exporting the data. Additionally, you can cross-reference this with the Reimbursement Report to identify refunded items marked as non-returnable.
