Any idea how to get a seller account lock out like this reactivated?

Hi all,

I called Amz and the rep said it was locked bc of something tied to my consumer account but wasn’t clear as to what or why…also my consumer account has had no interruptions.

I’m kinda at a loss as what to do, I’ve tried resetting my 2 step verification but still locked.

Amazon detect unusual activity on your account thats why It is happening you have to submit appeal from your own email which is officially attached to Amazon. Your appeal should be strong to convince them to reactivate your account I had also faced same issue in Past.
