I operate on Amz Ebay and my own site and I’ve long fancied a facility that can unify all my reporting, shipping (when not using amz or ebay’s own buy shipping, currently use click and collect for that) and most importantly a single place for me to 1. pull down and process orders and 2. create reports for tax return purposes, instead of the current rigmarole we go through pasting into excel etc. Not particularly interested in inventory tracking due to the nature of our business (we make products rather than hold inventory in stock.
Anyone uses it for the above or know if it would help with point 1 and 2? I’ve read in reviews it’s rather blighted with bugs with low levels of support which is off-putting.
I’ve used Veeqo before and it does a decent job of pulling orders from Amazon, eBay and Shopify into one place so you don’t have to keep exporting spreadsheets, and the reporting is good enough for basic sales and tax summaries, but I wouldn’t rely on it as a rock-solid system because the integrations can be buggy and support isn’t always quick to resolve things.
If your main need is to cut down on the manual copy-paste work for orders and have cleaner reporting for your accountant then it’s definitely worth testing, just be prepared for the odd hiccup and maybe keep a backup method in place until you’re confident it runs smoothly.
