Guys I have had a call with a brand who have a brick & mortar policy.
I told them I have a boutique but its the address for my prep centre.
Now they want proof in the form of pictures of the shop, the till & a lease before they open an account.

Send them clear photos of your boutique, including the shop, the till, and provide a copy of the lease to validate your brick-and-mortar presence for the account opening.
Sounds like a no. Move on. And also don’t lie or try to be deceptive in any way. It will often backfire, and also, you know, business ethics. Just be honest, direct and upfront about your business model. If they don’t want to do business with you, move on.
If I was a brand I would have googled you already and would play a game at this point.
Either way you wont get an account. Cur your losses accept lost fight and focus pn next one to which you will tell the truth from outset even of that means a NO!
Tough luck
Yup.
I lost some of my manufacturers when I closed our toy store, and moved the business back to the house.
Like others have said; move on.
