The new Returns tab in the Product Opportunity Explorer helps you understand the top reasons for product returns so you can proactively address customer concerns, prioritise product improvements, and drive better results for your business.
When you analyse insights in the Returns tab, you can understand return trends to identify potential design flaws or seasonal factors that affect your products. This helps you implement necessary design changes or product range adjustments to reduce returns and enhance customer satisfaction.
Here’s how it works in Seller Central:
- Select Growth from the main menu.
- Go to the Product Opportunity Explorer.
- Click View Niche Details for your product.
- Choose the Returns tab at the bottom of the page to see your insights.
