AmazonPay(SellerCentral) invalid

Can someone help me verify my seller central account. The account is invalid.
At email contact it does not explain what I can do to get my account active. I have an amount I want to withdraw which I have been unable to do for months because of the same emails I keep receiving.

Who o Who can help me solve this problem!
