I’ve been trying to list my Tea on amazon seller, but kept getting rejected despite sending FDA and purchase documents, after multiple failures, I had my account deactivated. Any suggestions on how to proceed?

You can’t list tea without ungating the catagory. It’s seems your account got deactivated for trying to sell restricted products(in your case it’s tea). Now you need to open a case with proper poa(plan of action) to activate your account first. Once it’s activated then try to ungate catagory with proper invoice. Make sure you get invoice from proper supplier with valid website and email address. Furthermore invoice must be in English. Good luck
I agree with @masud530. I think you are trying to sell in a gated category. First, ungate it, and then proceed.
