Initially which distributor should i consider for product hunting?

You should find wholesalers yourself. Do not rely on suppliers that you see on Youtube or facebook groups or sell lists. These are the worst.

Do not wait for other business owners to disclose their suppliers. This is confidential business information. The only people you can see giving away suppliers are gurus who are unable to find good products to sell and have to rely on selling these lists.
And I advise you too to never disclose your distributors to others.

I don’t have any experience in OA. I was running Amazon UK store with investment of £5000+, I was only focusing on 3-4 distributors in the UK. Any advice for USA market?
