Hi.

I’m listing my 2 new products under Food. I received an email saying my products are approved. I’m approved with Brand Registry also. But it still shows in my S.C that my products require approval.

Email said if after 24 hours it still shows as “Inactive” I need to edit the listing and “Save & Finish”.

Amazon Support also said my product is still restricted from their catalogue.

So i’m approved, but new products are restricted. How long until I can send in my stock, from general experience? Am I doing something wrong?

Try deleting and re-adding the products, this usually helps.

@felixgabriel9 This is normal after category approval on Amazon. It usually takes 24 to 72 hours for new ASINs to become fully active.

Please edit each listing and click Save & Finish to refresh the status. If it’s still restricted after that, let me know , I can review your account and help resolve the issue for you free of cost.
