Amazon transparency codes problem

Hello,

I came Across this issue in morning. Its of Transparency Code or serial Number. I have been selling on this Product for 2 months without any complain on VOC. Working with authorized Distributor. Please suggest does they only need transparency code for listing activation as its inactive as of now. I have Two question for Seniors.

1- First Picture shows that the account have been deactivated. But my account is active with 252 AHR. Is it a glitch or someone else have also face this issue ?

2- Does I need to appeal with the Brief detail or just send them what they needed to activate the listing? Can it be resolved easily or its a big issue?

Your Valuable suggestion would be highly Appreciated.

Do your products have transparency codes on them or not?

If they don’t, authenticity can’t be proven so there’s nothing you can do apart from sourcing stock that does have them.

I believe that this notice is an error. Your account is still good right?

Anyway, you need to remove any listings / inventory which doesn’t have transparency barcodes.

Have you shipped anything into FBA recently which required transparency barcodes?

  1. If your account is active, it might be a glitch. Other sellers might have faced similar issues. Check with Amazon support.

  2. Provide the transparency code or required details as requested. Usually, this can be resolved easily if you supply the needed information promptly.
