Amazon telling buyers their order is lost

Hello,

can you advise me why all items I send with merchant fulfilled, all our cx are getting automated emails from amazon, like “you item may be delayed or lost, if it does not arrive by XXXXXX please ask the seller to refund you”?

This obviously is causing extra admin as many cx are simply jumping on this and making false INR CLAIMS … we have asked SS and there responses are BS … please help, this has been an ongoing issue

Activist buyers know how to play the system to bully you into giving away free stuff. If you don’t get an official for fact message directly from amazon just ignore it.

Until an INR case is opened DO NOT contact them back. Then when a case is opened only respond with the facts and terse, yet professional demeanor.

Buyers calling in and getting a CSA to send you a “transcribed” message is typical of an activist buyer. This is has been going on for many years.

I agree. Chancers will often disappear without a response.
