Amazon shipment received with missing units

Hello everyone,

I’m exhausted with Amazon again. They always count less than what I send.

There are 5 items missing under two ASINs, and they are expensive products, costing me $250. I opened a case, but they responded by saying they didn’t receive them.

I’m very sure because I only bought 10 of them and sent all of them in the box.

What can I do in this situation?

Have you opened a case where you provided the evidence that you purchased and shipped 5 units? Submit the invoice for reimbursement. Are you sending units by yourself ? Or are you using any warehouse?

Have you contacted Amazon seller support on Twitter, provided the case ID, and asked for support? Have you emailed the managing director?

Open a case with them. Send them evidences.

  1. Photos and Attach list inside and outside the box of products .

  2. Display Proof of weight of the box against items.

If box is 10kg, show calculation of each item weight that makes it 10kg. Because weight will be less if items are missing.

  1. Receipt showing the quantity bought.

  2. A video of you sealing the box after counting all products.

This is called investigation which they are not doing.

Check your prep centres too.

Try “true ops” for reimbursements of lost items.
