Amazon Seller app encountered a problem (CS12)

Whilst setting up my Amazon FBA account on the sellers app, I have uploaded my passport, driver license and connected my bank account. It then directed me to a page that wanted the information again on my desktop. When I check the sellersapp it says www.amazon.com “registration pending” and www.amazon.co.uk “registration pending”.

If I try to select www.amazon.co.uk it says Amazon Seller app encountered a problem (CS12)
Any advice?

Should I assume it’s being reviewed?

thank you for posting into our forum. Please note that the Amazon Seller App is unreliable. Seller Account verification / registration or any uploading of documents and information should be only performed with due diligence and using the full browser version of Seller Central.
