I suddenly became restricted for many books, even those I have already sold. I dont understand why.
No help from customer sevice, this is so frustrating.
Anyone having the same issue ?
What you have experienced is a frequent glitch in the system. I know it’s frustrating but when it’s happened to me, and it has as I have been selling books on Amazon for more than 20 years, is to set the affected books aside for a little while and try to list them at a later date.
As far as I know, this is one of the glitches that Amazon has refused to acknowledge exist. Apparently their IT people can’t seem to replicate it. My advice is to be patient and hopefully the power will disappear in time. I know it’s frustrating but right now that’s about all you can do.
