Created seller central over my passport on my residential address but used card and bank statement from UK resident.
Now Amazon seeks Utility bill what to do?
I would guess and say you are done. Pretty sure they have zero tolerance for that, even though you might very well be legitimate. In the eyes of amazon it is potential fraud. Maybe @kika can help on this.

Hello @Ahmad,
as Skeeter says, it is very challenging to overturn a failed seller identity verification. In cases like this, you should pressure the Seller Support to enable the Edit function for the greyed out fields in your account, so you can make updates and correct the information.
