Amazon removed my listing due to ingredients not contained in the product

Good evening,

I woke up to an email from Amazon suggesting that they have removed a listing because they believe it contains the prescription-only drug ingredient bimatoprost or isopropyl cloprostenate. They have asked me to explain how the listing does not violate the Restricted Products policies. I checked the ingredients but am unable to find either of these substances in the list, so I wanted to get your guidance on how to proceed.

Thanks so much!

Lots of people have received the same violation. Take some pictures if the product showing the ingredients if you have stock. If possible, take screenshots of the brand’s website showing the product and ingredients.

Seeing this all over the forums, you can submit your ingredients pictures and brand documents to Amazon. Need to do ASAP people are facing deactivation errors also.

My account is at risk of deactivation, and I’ve been working on it all morning. Seller Health reached out with some advice. As noted in previous comments, you’ll need to provide pictures of the item, including all sides and the boxes, as well as a screenshot from the manufacturer’s website showing the ingredients. If you have a Safety Data Sheet, include that as well.

In your appeal, make sure to detail the root cause and the corrective actions you’ve taken. If you’ve received a notification about being at risk of deactivation, you must submit a proper appeal ASAP. You should appeal from the red frame at the top right of the Seller Health page - I’ve attached a screenshot for reference. Ensure you appeal all the ASINs listed when you click “Appeal.”

Additionally, you’ll need to appeal each ASIN violation listed under “restricted product violations” individually. Good luck, remember, you’re not alone, so don’t give up!
