Amazon reinstate

Amazon has recently been sending out these kinds of issues, and a few people I know have received the same on their accounts. My account has received two complaints:

1.	Inauthentic Product – I have never received any violations or issues on these ASINs before. In fact, I deleted two of these ASINs about six months ago, and they had no sales. I don’t understand why Amazon is raising this issue now.

2.	IP Issue – Amazon has reported an IP violation for my brand and is asking for a Letter of Authorization. However, this is my own brand, and both my Amazon account and business are registered under the same name. I haven’t registered the trademark yet, but it is still my own brand and company. These are my own listings, not listings that I joined, so I don’t understand why Amazon is treating this as an IP issue.

Please help if anyone has experienced this issue and successfully reactivated their account. It’s extremely important because my business will be ruined otherwise. I also need access to my funds to pay my suppliers, but all of my funds are currently being withheld.

First review the exact complaint notices carefully. For the IP issue, submit proof that the brand belongs to you (business documents, logo, website, invoices, etc.). For the Inauthentic complaint, provide valid invoices and a detailed explanation. Many accounts are reactivated after a proper appeal.

Have you already submitted an appeal to Amazon?

Amazon is not giving option to give an appeal or plan of action under the “Reactivate your account” it just gives the option for uploading an invoice for the 1st complain and a letter of authorization for the 2nd one.

First of all, you should study how to write an appeal to Amazon in such cases. Read the guidelines on how to write an appeal and what sections the appeal needs to cover, such as why the violation happened, what measures you took, with proof, etc.

Even if you deleted those ASINs 6 months ago Amazon may still include them in the review if they have previous sales history or complaints on record.
