Amazon Payment Schedule

We get paid by Amazon part way through the month but our invoices cover from the start to end of any given month. We attempt to reconcile our payments using an invoice summary but always find discrepancies.

Is there any way that we can change our payment schedule to run on the same dates as our invoices, ie (Amazon Shipping, DPD, Amazon Advertising)

If not, what is the best way to reconcile these payments that have different date ranges?

Unfortunately, there is no way how to update your disbursement schedule on Amazon.

The only way we found to get really accurate amounts was to reconcile each payment individually rather than at month end. To this end we now use A2X to transfer automatically to QuickBooks.
