I had a call last week from Amazon offering me this service (at a cost of course).
He said they help with the growth of my business and offer advice etc.
Seriously considering it but wanted to check if anyone else had experience with them first?
How do you know for fact that is actually a legitimate amazon employee?
That is the entry point for bad actors. They convinced you already, since you are on here asking about it. If it is legitimate communication from amazon it would be in your messages from seller dashboard. Anything else should be looked at very closely. In other words, if its not an official communication from amazon themselves consider it a threat vector.
We’ve had an account manager in the past (free), and it was helpful. Not sure if I’d be willing to pay for this service though, I suppose it would depend how much it is.
They are most certainly overly confident of their success.
$2500 a month will buy you much more advertising that will lead buyers to your website.
Plenty of residual value when you spend it on your own property.
When you pay amazon you just pissed your money away. All they cast is an illusion and a perception of success, an illusion, nothing tangible.
If they could actually turn that into money it would be done on a per item sold basis. Think about it, how can any seller not pay the bill or cheat on units sold when amazon is already holding the funds. So that means amazon knows for fact all they are peddling is snake oil.
