Amazon not charging my seller plan?

Not exactly sure why. I contacted them and they were not any help. They suggested that I change my card, which I did. Amazon did a debit and credit to make sure the card is good but still never charged me the monthly fee. I am worried this will hurt my account health or get my account shut down at some point.

If Amazon isn’t charging your seller plan fee despite verifying your card, it’s likely due to a system delay or billing cycle misalignment, especially if your account is new or has had recent changes to the card on file. As long as your payment method is valid and Amazon has successfully completed the debit and credit test, your account won’t be penalized for non-payment unless there’s a failed charge attempt during the billing period. You can check your “Payments” and “Billing Statements” in Seller Central to see if a charge is scheduled or pending. Sometimes Amazon waits until the account generates activity before charging the monthly fee, especially if you haven’t listed or sold anything yet. Keep monitoring it, and if no charge appears in a few weeks or if you start getting warnings, contact Seller Support again and ask them to escalate the case to the billing or payments team. As long as your payment method is valid and there’s no outstanding balance, your account health won’t be affected.
